Each set is brought together with the intention to create a tool to enhance personal growth and meditation. The set includes:

• A custom pouch with felt made from a women’s collective in Nepal, and put together by a local seamstres
• An information booklet describing the sets along with practice methods
• And additional information cards specific to each pairing
