  • To start a return request please contact us at info(at)crystalworks.ca. From there we will direct you with more detailed return instructions.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on shipping and customs costs. You are responsible for covering these fees.

What if my piece is damaged?

We have decades of experience shipping all over the world, but sometimes a piece can break in transit.

We recommend insuring your piece(s), as Crystalworks cannot be responsible for damage by courier. If you have purchased insurance for your package, you can make a claim through the postal service.

Please note, if you do not pay for your piece by the 60-day term, we will contact you. If we receive no communication after this, your piece will be put back into stock and you will receive a store credit for the amount paid.

Shipping and Customs Policy

Shipping Policy

  • We ship your treasures as safely as possible.
  • We ship worldwide using an automated shipping calculator at checkout. This calculates the package cost by weight, size, and destination.
  • This does not cover the cost of insurance, so if you would like this added, please contact us before you place your order.

Customs Policy

  • We can not falsify customs documents or split invoices to decrease the value of products shipping to your country.
  • You are responsible for all import fees, taxes, and duties that your country requires.

For Our US customers:

“The end result is that most courier services will not accept packages for international delivery to U.S. residents if a recipient’s identification number is not provided by the shipper. Goods sent through the international postal service that are under $2500 in value generally do not require an importer number to be cleared through CBP.”

Crystalworks Gallery Ltd. is not responsible for lost/stolen packages by any postal carrier or service. We recommend that you purchase the optional insurance so if anything happens, you can file a claim through your local post branch/office.
